Unfortunately sometimes packages arrive to customers damaged during the transit process. It is out of Sizzle Cosmetics control how carriers handle fragile items and packages during shipping. Sizzle Cosmetics shipping dept. packages all products to survive harsh and rough handling by carriers during transit . We ask that you inspect your order immediately upon receiving your package and contact us within 48 hours to report any damages. After 48 hours Sizzle Cosmetics reserve the right to refuse and reject any claims of damages. All original packing boxes and materials must be retained for inspection purposes.
